Located in the picturesque and historic area of South Lanarkshire, our luxury 75-bed care home provides residential, dementia, nursing, and respite care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team, providing expert clinical care while creating a supportive and vibrant community for our residents.

What We Offer

  • £19.76 per hour (Full-time & part-time available)
  • £1000 Welcome Bonus (£500 after 3 months, £500 after 6 months) – T&Cs apply.
  • Shift: 8PM – 8AM or 8AM-8PM (Full-time & part-time contracts available)

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Exceptional Care – Provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents’ health and wellbeing
  • Create Personalised Care Plans – Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to tailor care to individual needs
  • Lead & Motivate Your Team – Organise shift handovers, mentor care staff, and ensure seamless care delivery
  • Medication Management – Administer and monitor medications, maintaining accurate records
  • Health Monitoring – Carry out routine observations and respond to changing health conditions
  • Champion Dignity & Respect – Ensure residents receive person-centred care in a supportive environment
  • Emergency Response – Act swiftly in urgent situations, ensuring safety and effective care
