Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Job Type: Full time/permanent (Office based) Salary: £25,604 per annum We are delighted to once again be exclusively assisting one of our favourite clients in their search for 2 x Customer Service Advisors to join their team, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable family run business with great values and an amazing product range. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to clients Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Process orders, track shipments, and update clients on delivery status Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns Assist with account management duties, including updating customer profiles and managing contracts Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsSkills and Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service and administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
