This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting complex technical solutions, focusing on network and systems infrastructure. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Manage and support network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), including lifecycle management, upgrades, and incident response.
- Oversee critical changes and ensure infrastructure efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Support teams.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
- Align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Coordinate upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience with enterprise-level system/network design and support.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Cloud environments.
- 5+ years of experience as a technical lead or architect.
- Commitment to achieving 100% uptime.
- Expert-level hands-on technical proficiency with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama Administration.
- Expert-level hands-on technical proficiency with Juniper switching and routing products.
- Expert-level hands-on technical proficiency with VXLAN & EVPN technologies.
- Advanced hands-on technical proficiency with OSPF & BGP routing protocols.
- Advanced hands-on technical proficiency with VPN technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Palo Alto expertise.
- Juniper experience.
- AWS/Azure experience.
Certifications:
- PCNSA, PCNSE, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCSP, ITIL.
- Experience with configuration management platforms (Ansible, Chef).
