A fashion brand based in Essex are looking to recruit for an Influencer Marketing Executive to execute impactful influencer marketing campaigns that elevate their brands and drive measurable results.

The Brand

They are a growing brand and you will be working within the marketing team maintaining and building relationships with influencers. You will have a strong understanding of the influencer landscape, including identifying relevant influencers, negotiating contracts, and managing campaign logistics.

The Role

  • Develop and implement affiliate and influencer strategies that align with acquisition and brand objectives, ensuring measurable impact on awareness, engagement, and member growth.
  • Identify and onboard credible affiliates and influencers whose voices resonate and align with the brand's positioning.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, and affiliate agencies to maximize the value of partnerships.
  • Negotiate commission rates and partnership terms.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and opportunities in affiliate and influencer marketing, particularly in fashion and apparel.

About You

  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in influencer marketing & a strong understanding of TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and techniques to drive impactful programs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniques for audience engagement.
