We are seeking a Plumbing Customer Care Service Engineer to join a family run business in Sittingbourne. You will cover projects in London, Greater London and surrounding areas. You will work Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm. Out of hours and weekends to be discussed. Please note, initially you will use your own vehicle and travel expenses would be paid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair customer reported plumbing and heating problems.
  • Attend emergency call outs as requested.
  • Complete customer resolution reports.
  • Assist with the commissioning activities and function tests at handover stages to Customer Care from projects team.
  • Assist with Snagging as requested by the Project Engineers.
  • Provide feedback to Project Managers regarding potential customer care issues.

Requirements:

  • Ideally highly experienced Plumbing/Heating and/or Electrical Engineer - 5 years+ of mechanical experience required.
  • The successful candidate would need to be well presented and have good communication skills, be able to use their own initiative and have good problem-solving skills.
  • Full Driving License and own vehicle needed.
  • NVQ2 or equivalent.
  • Active Skill Card / CSCS Card.
