We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to lead a team of staff for our outreach service in Cannock which provides support for people with a learning disability and who may have other support needs. All our services are individualised, person centred and deliver valued outcomes for people, as we passionately believe that the people we support have the right to lives that are meaningful.
