Synapri are currently looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join a fast-growing fintech company that's transforming the way people engage with financial services. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being hands-on and would like to combine this with leadership skills and the chance to be involved in strategic decisions across the Salesforce roadmap.
Key skills needed:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, etc)
- Extensive API integration experience
- A proven track record of leading or mentoring other Salesforce Developers or team members
- Salesforce development certifications highly desirable
- Finance/FinTech industry experience is preferred but not essential
Salary: £DOE
Location: Hybrid (London 2x per week)
Start Date: ASAP
