About the Role
This is a non-billing management role managing the delivery of the London office. You will be taking control of managing the delivery function of the London office. Looking after an established team focussed on the delivery of retained, committed search and contingent GTM project hires. Your role will be focussed on leading through others and motivating and delivering process across the team. The team currently work on approx 80%+ retained search with average fees of 25k-30k. You will be managing a team of 10 made of managers, senior consultants, principal consultants and associate consultants. You will be driving process and performance of the team and working towards growing the revenue of the London office from 2.5 million to 4 million. Business development and client origination is largely carried out by partners and client services orientated consultants in the business.

- Attend candidate and client meetings where required
- Capture and share relevant search, sector and market related information, trends, data and knowledge
- Assist with the preparation of compelling pitch documentation and business generation strategies
Required Skills
- Experience/Knowledge of recruitment into the GTM space or similar.
- Management of a team of consultants or delivery team management of 1 million +
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- Diligent time optimizer who can work quickly but with rigour and attention to detail
- Results focused with the drive to consistently deliver and exceed targets set
- Excellent communication & listening skills with the ability to distill complex information succinctly
- Demonstrates complete discretion and integrity

Pay range and compensation package
Basic salary of £100,000 depending on relevant experience. £50-60k team override. Whilst this is a non-billing role you will have opportunity to earn off account growth and origination. Long term incentive plans and route to equity.
