NetSuite Systems Accountant

Location: London, 2 days a week onsite

Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 p.a (based on experience)

Our London-based Biotech client is looking for a Systems accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role plays a key part in bridging the gap between finance and IT, focusing on system administration, customisation, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support , including roles and permissions, dashboards, and reports.
• Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including saved searches, and reports.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Ensure best practices is applied to ERP integrations from a NetSuite perspective.
• Strong understanding of core financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) and business processes
• Deliver effective user training and support adoption across teams.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and own the project roadmap.
• Exposure to inventory, supply chain and warehouse.
• Experience communicating with third-party vendors

Experience:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (or through experience)
• 3+ years of NetSuite experience .
• Strong core financials (O2C, P2P, O2C)
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and core finance processes (Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, CRM).
• Experience with saved searches, Customisation, reporting, and dashboards .
• Strong integration and automation skills
• Experience working in a global organisation and across different finance functions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
