We have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving awareness, generating demand, and building a high-performing inbound pipeline using automation, AI, and scalable growth tactics. This role is ideal for a growth-oriented, tech-savvy, relentlessly curious driver with experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) - targeting high-value B2B clients and preferably having worked in high-growth, fast-scaling teams - Series A/B energy, fintech, SaaS, or clean tech.
With a direct line to the leadership team, the Marketing Manager would be required to:
- Act like a founder, owning budget, testing aggressively, and delivering outcomes while building a playbook as you go.
- Have a commercial focus and be ready to make an impact from day one.
- Build an AI-powered, automated demand engine to fuel both sales and corporate development.
- Be obsessed with technology & automation - AI, data tools, and growth hacks are your weapons.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B SaaS marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling brand awareness & lead generation in a high-growth company.
- Deep experience with AI, automation, and growth marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn automation, any and all AI tools, programmatic ad platforms).
- Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) - targeting high-value B2B clients.
