On behalf of our esteemed client, a new modern hotel set to open in Belfast City Centre in 2025, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Sales Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a prestigious property and establish it as a leading destination for corporate, group, and leisure travellers in the region. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximising revenue by developing strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all sales efforts align with the propertys brand and objectives. Key Responsibilities:Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on corporate clients, group bookings, and events. Create tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful deal closures. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agencies. Serve as the main point of contact for corporate and group clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the propertys unique offerings. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategies. Prepare and present regular reports to management, detailing performance metrics and areas for growth. Stay informed about the local and global hospitality landscape to maintain a competitive edge. Event and Group Coordination: Work closely with the Events and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of group stays and events. Coordinate with Front Office and Reservations teams for accurate room allocations and special arrangements. Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotional activities, and partnerships that drive bookings. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and other industry forums to promote the property and generate leads. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role, with a proven record of achieving targets. Experience in the Belfast market or regional hospitality industry is highly advantageous. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
