The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK based business as part of a larger international organisation in a fast-paced influential Business Partnering role supporting the Central Functions teams (HR, IT, Procurement, Finance). The role offers hybrid working with a requirement to be present in the business at least 3 days a week at the Manchester location and which will include some travel to the Hounslow office.
You will be providing proactive HR expertise to enable the business to make commercial decisions and delivering solutions that align with business objectives, and which foster a high-performance culture.

As an ideal candidate you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, and already operating in a fast paced, Central Functions environment as a BP and looking to develop further. You should be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of employment law and best practice; have experience of managing change, driving performance and continuous improvement; and possess excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
