Are you an ambitious Key Account Manager or Sales Manager who excels at building lasting relationships and achieving outstanding results? Our client, a well-regarded manufacturer in the industrial components field, is looking for a talented Key Account Manager to strengthen their dynamic team.
This role is primarily home-based, reporting directly to the European Sales Director, allowing for significant flexibility while maintaining essential client and colleague interactions.
As the Key Account Manager, your key responsibilities will involve:
- Driving revenue growth and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of established manufacturing company accounts.
- Seeking out new opportunities within high growth accounts.
- Increasing revenue and profitability by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts while consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Leading annual financial and business negotiations to secure optimal commercial outcomes.
- Managing the execution of new projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Identifying and addressing client needs, coordinating effectively with relevant internal teams.
- Extensive experience within competitive industrial components environments.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus
