Role Overview:
As a Partner – Integrated Communications, you will drive high-level strategic communication programs for government and public sector clients across the GCC. This role requires extensive leadership experience in advisory services, policy communication, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have significant experience influencing government communication strategies at the ministerial or executive level and shaping national and regional narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise senior government officials on communication strategies and public engagement frameworks.
- Shape national and regional policy messaging to enhance government reputation and international standing.
- Oversee multi-stakeholder communication initiatives, driving impactful messaging across all platforms.
- Lead crisis communication strategies to safeguard government and public sector interests.
- Develop long-term communication frameworks that align with government priorities and economic development strategies.
- Drive high-level partnerships with media, international agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Mentor and build high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in government communication.
- Represent the organization in global forums, contributing thought leadership on government communications trends and challenges.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 20-25 years of experience in government communications, public affairs, or strategic advisory roles.
- Extensive experience working with ministerial or senior government officials.
- Proven leadership in crisis communication, reputation management, and strategic messaging.
- Strong track record in advisory services, stakeholder management, and policy influence.
- Ability to navigate complex government structures and geopolitical landscapes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage at the highest levels.
