Our client is a global investment banking and asset management firm with deep expertise in emerging economies across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. With a strong track record in delivering innovative solutions across high-growth markets, they are seeking a driven and talented Senior Associate to join their energy & infrastructure team in London. This is an exciting opportunity with a strong focus on growth in emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A and financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation analyses, and transaction due diligence.
- Prepare presentations and pitch materials for client meetings.
- Work closely with senior bankers to deliver strategic advice and solutions to clients.
- Help maintain and grow relationships with clients, advisors, and key stakeholders across target markets.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in M&A, project finance, or relevant advisory roles within investment banking or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with hands-on experience in financial modelling and valuation.
- In-depth understanding of the energy and infrastructure sectors; exposure to emerging markets is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a team-oriented and collaborative approach.
