Water Quality Modeller MillTech is working with a growing Energy & Water Consultancy who are growing their environmental modelling and assessment projects team. You will be joining one of the fastest growing teams in the Energy & Water practice. Your responsibilities will be to work closely with clients on coastal and estuarine hydrodynamic and/or water quality modelling, bathing and shellfish water assessments, Water Framework Directive and UPM assessments, delivering the Environment Act, tidal energy optimization and impact modelling and environmental consent modelling. To succeed in this position the ideal Water Quality Modeller will have the following skills and experience: * Technically strong in either DELFT3D or MIKE and knowledge of InfoWorks ICM * Proven experience in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems and compliance requirements for offshore projects * Experience in proposal writing, winning work and the development of new business by providing key technical inputs * The ability to manage projects and client relationships * Knowledgeable in the latest developments in water quality modelling and environmental regulations * Degree educated in a technical subject area If you have an interest in environmental challenges in rivers, lakes, estuaries and marine waters, using predictive models, advanced data analysis and management tools then this is the role for you.
