Love Finance is a leading online finance broker and lender dedicated to empowering UK businesses. Since 2016, Love Finance has been instrumental in assisting thousands of companies in accessing funding via cutting-edge technology.

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join the Love Finance team to assist with a backlog of HR administration to support our continued growth. This role will require a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. The right candidate will be able to work autonomously with guidance from the Talent Manager.

  • Type: 6 Month Fixed Term
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Wednesday in the office
  • Location: Birmingham City Centre
  • Salary: £23,900 pro rata
  • Experience: Strong fast-paced administration experience in a confidential administration position

Duties of the HR Administrator:

  • Assist with administrative requirements following the HR audit
  • Amend and resend accurate employment contracts
  • Update employment records
  • Digitalise employee files
  • Synchronise email chains to employees
  • Schedule employee meetings on behalf of the Talent Manager and HR and Recruitment Coordinator
  • Process a backlog of HR paperwork
  • Update policies and review timesheets on the HR system
  • Send payslips and P45s to leavers
  • Any other administration duties as required
