Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise the company’s HubSpot platform, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales functions.
- Design, implement, and refine automated workflows to nurture leads and deliver personalised communications.
- Qualify leads using ABM strategies and channel-based criteria, converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Create and maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure efficient lead handoff and cohesive funnel management.
Background:
- Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Deep understanding of ABM, lead qualification and channel-based lead distribution.
- Skilled in data analysis with the ability to extract insights and make actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in marketing automation best practices and workflow development.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
