Marketing Operations Specialist – HubSpot & ABM (Contractor)

Are you a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for optimising systems and turning leads into opportunities? Join a fast-paced, forward-thinking company where your expertise in HubSpot and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) will directly contribute to sales pipeline success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise the company’s HubSpot platform, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales functions.
  • Design, implement, and refine automated workflows to nurture leads and deliver personalised communications.
  • Qualify leads using ABM strategies and channel-based criteria, converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Create and maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure efficient lead handoff and cohesive funnel management.

Background:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of ABM, lead qualification and channel-based lead distribution.
  • Skilled in data analysis with the ability to extract insights and make actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in marketing automation best practices and workflow development.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
