Technical Telesales Representative Bristol (Onsite) Salary £23,000 to £25,000 per annum OTE up to £35,000 Bristol-based business going through a period of growth. I am looking for a Technical Telesales Representative to join their knowledgeable team. Key Responsibilities – Technical Telesales Representative Using the firms extensive CRM system, engage with existing customers and recent enquirers, over the phone, to understand their needs and provide solutions related to technical sales. To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. To effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers handing over potential customers to the internal specialists to conclude the deal if required. Collaborate with the sales and applications teams to meet and exceed sales targets. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Qualifications & Requirements – Technical Telesales Representative Proven experience in sales, preferably in the CNC or engineering supplies industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets. Positive attitude Nice to Have’s Strong technical knowledge of machine tools and their applications.
