Job Description Taylor Woodrow is recruiting for a Handover Manager to join the joint venture responsible for the construction and delivery of HS2’s Old Oak Common station in North West London. The circa £1bn project will include the delivery of six underground platforms as well as up to eight platforms on the adjacent Great Western Main Line. This role will be to ensure the Handover requirements for the Project are considered and developed throughout the works to facilitate and efficient Handover Duties include Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the handover requirements for the project Maintain the Subcontract Works Information for Completion (SWI 400) Completion and associated procedures and templates to meet relevant requirements Provide ongoing expertise, direction, and support on handover and completion matters Act as the main point of contact point for the client and other relevant parties on Handover and Completion matters Monitor and review Subcontract production of key documents related to Handover including Subcontract Plans for Completion Monitoring and review of Subcontract production of key handover deliverables Support review of Technical Assurance certification as required to ensure this meets the Plan for Completion.
