About the Role:
Our client is searching for a Community Engagement and Communications Specialist who can bring stories to life across the Adobe Program. You’ll be the storyteller-in-chief, creating compelling messages and engagement experiences that inform, inspire, and activate users. From writing community updates to orchestrating story-driven events, your storytelling skills will be at the heart of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a community engagement strategy rooted in strong storytelling to build trust and advocacy.
- Craft and deliver engaging communications —think newsletters, social posts, and internal updates—all with a storyteller’s flair.
- Lead EU training efforts with story-rich content that brings Adobe tools and processes to life.
- Plan and run community events (virtual & in-person) that not only inform but tell the bigger story of growth and collaboration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all engagement aligns with a unified, powerful brand narrative.
- Analyze feedback and engagement data to refine your storytelling approach and platform experience.
- Identify and elevate community champions—empowering them to become storytellers and advocates.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital storytelling, communications, and community experience.
- Use Adobe tools to support storytelling at scale and optimize content journeys.
