About the Role: Associate Consultant- Recruitment -Trading Technology, Machine Learning and Research Technology. We are recruiting for a September 15th Start date for our associate recruitment program, we are looking for Graduates in STEM subjects, Economics, Computer Science, and Physics, who have a passion for sales and Quantitative Trading, Machine Learning, and Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Set up recruitment and talent mapping campaigns, create innovative searches and diverse pipelines, and map various markets across our platforms.
- Ability to handle the end-to-end interview process with candidates.
- Marketing and strong written posts, job adverts, emails, and campaigns.
- Crafting compelling recruitment campaigns.
- Headhunting and cold-calling candidates.
- Qualify candidates for opportunities, ensuring the best fit for both clients and candidates.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to effectively identify and attract top talent.
- Be able to identify, retain, and attract the top talent in the industry.
Qualifications: Graduates in STEM subjects, Economics, Computer Science, and Physics.
