Forge Talent are partnering a PE Backed Manufacturing business based in Manchester to recruit a newly created Head of Finance position to support continued growth. The Head of Finance will play a key role in managing financial operations, treasury & statutory reporting whilst working very closely with the Group CFO.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations & Treasury
- Oversee Cashflow management & forecasting.
- Manage ID Facility.
- Influence business leaders to optimise cash position.
- Financial Accounting & Statutory Reporting
- Accurate and timely statutory reporting.
- Responsible for consolidated financial statements.
- Balance sheet control.
- Lead for audit.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Detailed analysis on financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to maximise profitability.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 4.

Qualifications:
