We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Manager to join a leading organisation, where you will be responsible for the strategic roadmap and execution of the Mobile App and Payments services.
What you will be doing:
- Work with internal teams & stakeholders to set out a roadmap.
- Build a strategy to increase user conversion/retention across the entire user journey.
- Perform in-depth user research to understand the goals and problems of customers.
- Write product specifications and user stories.
What we are looking for:
- An experienced Product Manager ideally with B2C experience.
- Experience of Payments is essential (one-off and recurring subscriptions), ideally with Adyen and Stripe.
- Experience of user journeys and customer experience of a Mobile App (iOS and Android).
- Someone who is metrics driven and comfortable working with data.
- Enjoys working in a friendly, collaborative and fast paced environment.
- A great communicator.
