Salary: £45,000 base + £34,000 OTE (uncapped, paid monthly)

The role involves driving new business from media and advertising agencies, identifying opportunities, and leading the full sales cycle. This is a newly created position with the role split across new business (approx. 70%) and strategic account management (30%)—including responsibility for a portfolio of around 100 clients.
The Person should have:
- Experience selling to and managing relationships with media buying/advertising agencies
- Proven success in B2B sales within publishing, media, or events
- Strong track record of managing and growing accounts worth £50k+
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating complex deals
- A strategic, consultative approach to sales, with a solutions mindset
- CRM fluency and comfort with Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, high-performing team
- Experience working with or selling into government agencies
- A passion for the tech and startup ecosystem
