We are looking for a motivated CAD Technician to join our experienced team working on one of the UKs largest sustainable estate transformation programmes.<br>You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including:<br> EV Charging Stations, featuring ultra-fast units powered by renewable energy.<br> Hydrogen production facilities and energy-saving programmes.<br> Retail upgrades and cutting-edge service station designs.<br>Your Contribution<br>As a CAD Technician, you will:<br> Produce designs ranging from feasibility sketches to detailed specifications.<br> Monitor multiple projects at various design stages.<br> Ensure compliance with industry and health and safety standards.<br> Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including clients, designers, and project teams.<br> Support the team in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.<br>Skills & Experience<br>Were looking for candidates with:<br> A minimum of 1 year of CAD drafting experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.<br> Knowledge of design and engineering principles.<br> Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.<br> Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.<br> Experience in construction or civil engineering is beneficial, with roadside retail or energy sector experience an advantage.<br> A willingness to travel to UK sites as needed and a valid driving license.<br>What We Offer<br>£45,000-£55,000 + Flexible hybrid working + Enhanced pension + AXA healthcare + Medicash + 25 days holiday + Professional development support + Benefits.<br>Be part of a team thats shaping the future of sustainable energy infrastructure.
