Our client is an international financial investments firm with stunning offices near Charing Cross. They are recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to work alongside one other and provide a warm but professional welcome to a wide variety of visitors and internal stakeholders.
You will work as a key part of the operations team, ensuring that the meeting rooms are set up with Video Conferencing equipment and refreshments. The receptionist will respond to all internal requests and build relationships with the onsite security and cleaning team.
The ideal candidate will have previous corporate reception experience and a confident, communicative personality, with a good work ethic. This can be an extremely busy role therefore you should be used to working under pressure and with lots of conflicting priorities.
The position will start on a 1 year contract; however, it should be extended in due course. Salary is dependent on experience.
