Accountancy Action are specialists in Accountancy and Finance Recruitment. We cover London and the Home Counties from our two offices based in Central London (Farringdon) and Hertfordshire. We are currently looking for 2 Apprentices to join us in our Central London Office. The successful candidate will be passionate about pursuing a career in Sales. As well as structured in-house training, you will complete your Apprenticeship through an external training provider. You will start with us on an Apprentice wage, however, once you have finished your course and training you will then have endless opportunities to progress with us, all the way up to Director level. Once you complete your Apprenticeship you can progress your career through our structured Career Path. The Associate Consultant level, which you would move onto upon successful completion of your Level 3 course, pays £26,000 + uncapped commission. Whilst you are training as an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant, you will also get the chance to earn your spot on all of our amazing incentives, as well as receiving commission on successful placements. The Apprentice wage is currently £6.40 per hour until April 2025, and £7.55 per hour thereafter. Working hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
