Your new company One of Northern Ireland’s successful civil engineering & building contractors who specialise in delivering schemes across the province to both private & public sector clients. With sites solely located in Northern Ireland and all future works planned for the area, the company have offices in Tyrone and Belfast and have established themselves as an award-winning employer who boast a growing order book in both civils frameworks and construction projects. Your new role As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in overseeing the construction of a new build, state-of-the-art shared centre of learning based in Co. Tyrone. Works will include the delivery of the remaining five education buildings and associated facilities which equate to approximately 64,000m of building accommodation, in addition to synthetic pitches, infrastructure, environmental protection, landscaping and general site development works. What you’ll need to succeed In order to be considered for the role, you will require: A degree in Civil Engineering / construction engineering and management and a minimum of a placement year within the industry and / or multiple years’ experience as a Site Engineer Proven experience as a Site Engineer in commercial construction projects (those with experience in residential construction or other areas of build are still encouraged to apply) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
