- Manage multiple campaigns, proposition development, project workstreams and stakeholders - ensuring delivery to deadline, budget, brand & campaign success against targeted ROI outcomes.
- Use strategic insights, audience segmentation, and performance data to inform campaign planning, targeting, and optimisation.
- Measure campaign impact against OKRs (e.g., leads, awareness, engagement) and adapt tactics for continuous improvement.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaign management, ideally in telecoms, technology, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong ability to translate strategic objectives and complex propositions into impactful, audience-led campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of digital, creative, social, and AI tools for campaign execution and optimisation.
- Proven talent in crafting campaigns with creativity and commercial impact, delivering measurable growth and brand value.
