I’m working with a rapidly growing full-service creative agency in Manchester to find an experienced Social Media Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organic social team working with major international brands across the FMCG and gaming sectors. The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing several high-profile organic social accounts across Meta, TikTok and X. This is an ideal role for someone coming from an agency background who is confident in a client-facing setting, able to think strategically, and skilled at creating high-quality, platform-appropriate content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of multiple social media accounts, including scheduling, content publishing and community management
  • Build and maintain content calendars in line with client goals and brand voice
  • Lead and implement organic social strategies across various platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team on both static and video content
  • Create and edit content using tools such as CapCut and Canva
  • Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates, using this insight to develop reactive content
  • Deliver performance reporting and insights to clients on a monthly basis
  • Support influencer campaign management and partnership coordination
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the agency’s social media offering

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role
  • Proven agency experience, ideally with direct client-facing responsibilities
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social campaigns and content creation
  • Confidence managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency across Meta, TikTok and X
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools
  • Strategic and creative mindset, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A bonus if you have an interest or understanding of online gaming, crypto or blockchain
