Who will you be working for?
One of the world's biggest talent management companies based in London. You’ll be joining as a senior figure within their entertainment and broadcast division, responsible for managing and developing a roster of TV & radio talent while overseeing a team of talent agents and assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic management of unscripted/broadcast focused talent
- Establish partnerships and collaborations with talent, clients, and businesses.
- Identify, nurture, and develop talent in the TV, broadcast, and entertainment sectors.
- Oversee brand partnerships, both proactive outreach and incoming enquiries, to maximize opportunities for talent
- Utilise a network of contacts across brands, production companies, casting agents and publicity experts
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience within talent management role
- Proven success at securing and negotiating high-value partnerships
- Experience across wider areas of entertainment - IP, literary, podcasts
