Here at Hays, we are working with a Public Sector organisation based in Bradford to support on the recruitment of an Administrator to join on a temporary basis. This role is fully on site in Bradford. Due to the team expanding their activities and having new events and initiatives planned, they are seeking additional administrative support to help manage the increased workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the diary management of the Directors and ensuring their schedules are managed and maintained.
- Supporting with arranging meetings, appointments and travel plans.
- Ensure all diary entries are up to date and conflicts are resolved promptly.
- You will be liaising with stakeholders and supporting with coordinating events for the team.
- Supporting with the roll out of initiatives and new programmes.
- You will be managing the inbox for the team and supporting with scheduling.
- Maintaining a high level of organisation and prioritising to manage communications.
Experience for the role:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
