We’re looking for a Growth Manager who’s obsessed with Paid Social, Performance Strategy, and Creative Insights – someone who doesn’t just make suggestions, but takes ownership of outcomes. You will:

  • Own the growth performance of client accounts
  • Drive and execute paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok and other platforms
  • Lead creative analysis and performance reviews to inform what content gets made next
  • Act as the main strategic point of contact for clients, helping guide them toward scalable outcomes
  • Uncover, prioritise, and test growth opportunities – fast
  • Collaborate with content teams to improve creative performance through data
  • Spot risks early and implement solutions that prevent churn
