The Job Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop, execute and analyse all Hurst Media’s marketing activities. Broadly speaking, the role splits into two parts:
- Use B2B marketing to promote Hurst Media Group and its products and services to potential clients.
- Assist your colleagues in Hurst Media Company and Hurst Media Agency in running successful B2C campaigns on behalf of their clients.
This is a senior role within Hurst Media, preferably for someone with management and sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all B2B marketing activity promoting Hurst Media Group to its client base. This would include:
- E-mail and CRM campaigns based on our comprehensive client database (Salesforce).
- Design, build and maintain Hurst Media’s social media presence.
- Promote the Group’s websites through SEO/SEM.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against KPI and ROI goals.
- Oversee the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise the effectiveness of the B2C advertising campaigns that they run on behalf of their clients.
- Provide insight into target audiences and the best way to reach them.
- Assist in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns.
- Advise on content and copy creation.
- Help perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the client's sales.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing or a related field.
- Strong experience in email marketing campaigns.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Job Type:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm office based.
