We are currently working with an Investment Management company that specialise in impact investing, collaborating with leading impact-focused firms located in emerging countries. As part of their expansion, they are looking to add a Private Debt Emerging Markets investment manager to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing firm and its mission to drive positive social and environmental change.
Responsibilities:
- Working with other members of the senior team, to develop and implement the investment strategy.
- Conducting due diligence, financial modeling, risk analysis, and valuation.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage investment opportunities and presenting to internal committees.
- Lead the management and negotiation of deals.
- Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Portfolio management of existing investors.
- Oversee, manage and develop team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related.
- Ideally, have a track record in investment in emerging markets.
- Must have private credit experience.
- Strong financial modeling, analytics, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Fund structuring and mechanics, and regulation and product structures.
