Our client is a specialist law firm based in the City. They are seeking a 2nd Line Support Technician with a law firm/professional services background to join their established IT team.

  • Providing support to users for all computer hardware and software
  • Assisting with the deployment of computers including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment
  • Assisting with the compilation and maintenance of inventory hardware and software
  • Assisting with the management of user accounts
  • Reviewing processes with the IT team
  • Undertaking project work

The ideal candidate will have previous law firm experience or have worked in a professional services environment. You should also have strong Office 365 and iManage experience.
