A UK Commercial Property Investment company is looking for an additional Investment Analyst to join its team in Manchester. The successful candidate will assist with real estate acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio performance monitoring, utilising data science to inform investment and asset management decisions. Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining financial models to assess portfolio performance (both income and capital returns). Understanding the core drivers of a real estate portfolio and translating these into models to support effective investment decisions. Acting as a liaison between the Finance and Property teams to maximise shareholder returns and ensure long-term decision-making. Reporting on investment performance and identifying areas where assets have over- or under-performed against expectations. Assisting in creating new metrics to enhance business performance monitoring on income and capital levels. Candidates should also demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail. A driven and ambitious attitude. Proficiency in FP&A tools, Management Information software, and MS Excel. The ability to influence colleagues across all levels. Confidence in presenting and explaining complex information to senior management and board members.
