Nestled in the tranquil Pitcrocknie Village, Osprey Court is a purpose-built, luxury care home opening its doors in late Spring 2025. With space for 60 residents, our home has been designed to offer Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care in a modern, multigenerational setting that puts wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.

5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

We're now building our opening team and we’re looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper to take the lead in creating and maintaining the beautiful, welcoming environment our residents will call home.

Your Role:

As Head Housekeeper, you’ll set the tone for cleanliness, comfort and pride across the home. You’ll manage a dedicated team, lead by example, and make sure every room, corridor and communal area reflects the warmth and high standards we stand for. Your eye for detail, organisational skill, and love for a well-run home will make all the difference.

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in housekeeping or facilities management.
A calm, hands-on leadership style.
The ability to motivate a team and uphold standards.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
An eye for detail and a passion for creating a homely, safe environment.
Experience in a care setting is a bonus, but your attitude, reliability, and sense of pride in your work matter most.
