The CRM Executive is the first CRM hire within the marketing team, so this is a brilliant opportunity to forge your career and build the role around you.

You will be responsible for supporting the execution of their CRM strategies and delivering data-driven campaigns. The role requires a blend of data and content skills and experience.

The focus will be on collaborating across the company to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention, playing a key role in growing the CRM platform, supporting technical setup and creative execution.

Overview of your key responsibilities;

• Campaign execution: set up and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) from planning and creating content through to testing, launching and reporting.

• Test and learn strategies: monitor and analyse campaign performance using engagement and conversion metrics – develop A/B tests and data-driven strategies to improve results.

• Customer engagement: leverage data to build audience segments, personalise communications and support automation strategies.

• Content creation: write clear, compelling copy for emails, product updates, newsletters and blog or social content.

The dream candidate will have experience in a CRM focused role, with a passion for technology, and data analysis. You must be familiar with CRM platforms and marketing tools for planning and executing campaigns.

We will also need to see strong analytical skills and evidence that you can interpret data to inform decision making. Coupled with strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.

You will work 4 days a week (some flex on this) in their stunning Shoreditch offices and you will have the opportunity to work alongside brilliant entrepreneurs and developers.

Interviews are in 3 stages – first being a chemistry call, 2nd is a skills based task and the 3rd in person with the Founder/CEO. We are aiming to have an offer out for this role in the next 2-3 weeks so don't delay if you think you are the right candidate.
