Marketing Manager Part time Location: Bournemouth (3 days per week, flexibility on how hours worked) Salary: £40k (pro-rated) Our client is looking to recruit a part-time Marketing Manager to lead and shape their Marketing & Events strategy to elevate B2B market presence. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be at the forefront of strategic initiatives, evolving best practices, innovate, foster creativity, and set the standard for excellence across all marketing efforts. We are seeking someone from a Professional Services or B2B background. Responsibilities: Design Marketing strategy for commercial campaigns, events, social media, and partnerships. Oversee the marketing plans and stand designs for two large international trade show events. Manage marketing budgets, contributing to the annual budgeting process. Manage digital marketing channels. Analyse engagement and outcomes to refine future strategies, supporting external and internal communications. Make regular updates of company website. Able to create print and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and email marketing. Collate and record marketing statistics where required for sales enquiries, social media and the website using google analytics and other marketing tools. Monitor and manage email marketing contact list and ensure compliance with data protection legislation. Skills Experience of creating content and managing marketing activity. Demonstrates innovative and creative thinking. Highly credible with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders. Team oriented and collaborative with a flexible, can-do attitude. Professional Services or B2B marketing background. Good written and oral communication skills.
