Our London based client are looking for a Programme Coordinator to join them on an initial 18-month FTC. The Programme Coordinator will join the programme team and provide key administrative support to an exciting Business Transformation Programme. This is a pivotal role supporting the seamless delivery of core PMO services that will drive the success of the Programme. This is a great opportunity for someone who has come from an administrative background who is looking to move forward their career within a Programme / Project environment.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in an administrative, project support, or PMO environment (experience in a programme or project environment is a plus but not essential)
- Experience of maintaining programme documentation
- Experience of preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for programme meetings
- Experience of ensuring that supplier invoices are processed in line with policy approvals
- Experience of monthly finance tracking, including cost reporting and accruals
- Experience of diary coordination, scheduling meetings efficiently and managing competing deadlines
- Experience of coordinating meeting bookings
- Experience of capturing and tracking minutes/actions from key meetings and collating information for pack inputs
- Experience of tracking action points, and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
- Experience of administering Joiner, Mover, Leaver process, ensuring updates to org charts are accurate and timely
- Experience of supporting vendor set-up process and requirements (e.g., access cards, onboarding)
- Experience of managing multiple mailboxes, distribution lists, calendar bookings, and the Central Programme repositories
- Experience of workload prioritisation - working with PMO leads on project priorities, anticipating and escalating potential issues
- Experience of providing general support to programme teams, including coordinating travel arrangements and event logistics
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking initiative and anticipating need
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office, especially MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrable experience of working well both in a team and independently
- A passion for personal growth and development
