Interior Designer

With a healthy pipeline of hospitality projects, they are now looking to add a design-focused Interior Designer to their close-knit team.\\n\\nRole & Responsibilities\\n\\nInterpreting and developing client briefs with a strong emphasis on concept and design intent\\nCreating and visualising design concepts through sketches, mood boards and presentations\\nDeveloping layout plans and producing 2D CAD drawings, with the ability to brief or oversee junior support\\nSelecting materials, finishes, furniture and FF&E with strong design sensitivity\\nLiaising directly with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle\\nUnderstanding the fundamentals of implementation to support smooth project delivery\\nAttending site visits and contributing to on-site coordination as required\\nManaging workloads in line with agreed timelines and fees.\\n\\nRequired Skills & Experience\\n\\n4+ years' experience working on F&B and/or hospitality projects in the UK\\nStrong design eye with a clear passion for creative, well-considered interiors\\nExperience taking projects from concept through to delivery, with an understanding of how designs are implemented\\nCompetent in Vectorworks, Adobe Suite and Sketchup\\nConfident communicator, articulate and comfortable in a client-facing role\\nWorking knowledge of interior construction basics and site processes\\nSome site experience preferred\\nAbility to mentor or oversee a junior team member would be beneficial.\\n\\nWhat you get back\\n\\nSalary guide of £35,000 – £42,000 per annum, depending on experience\\nHybrid work setup available after probation period\\nSupportive environment with scope to grow creatively and professionally.\\n\\nApply\\n\\nIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
