Incredibly rare opportunity to join a renowned full service practice in the heart of Chester who are seeking a new Head of Department for their much vaunted Property team. This successful team continues to grow apace on both the residential and commercial sides, due to an excellent clientele and in line with the firm's overall development plans.
As the most senior person in the team, you will be a qualified Solicitor (ideally 6 years PQE and above) boasting demonstrable managerial experience and vast experience within the Property sphere. As the leading light in their established, ten strong Residential and Commercial Property team, your role will be to take a very front foot role in leading and developing the team.
It is expected that you will have excellent experience in the Residential sphere primarily with some experience of Commercial matters also, as that side of the business develops. You'll be ably supported by the fee earning and junior team.
