Your role as a Data Quality Officer is to enhance the accuracy and completeness of the CII's records. By addressing data gaps and replacing dummy data with up-to-date information, you will help the Institute operate more efficiently, reduce processing errors, and improve communication with members and target audiences.
You will methodically work through data records allocated from the CRM database, filling in missing information, replacing inaccurate data, and liaising with Customer Services for further member support. Throughout your work, you will have access to support from the CRM Manager, Membership Manager, Data Governance Manager, and Data Protection Officer.
You have proven administrative experience, particularly in data management and customer service. You are skilled in using and maintaining databases, with knowledge of CRM systems like D365 or Salesforce. You thrive on improving data quality and ensuring accuracy. You enjoy methodical work and take pride in maintaining clean, validated records. You collaborate effectively with various departments to support data integrity. You are a confident communicator, comfortable making phone and email enquiries to gather necessary information. You are detail-oriented and can efficiently identify and correct data discrepancies. You value compliance and ensure all data handling aligns with GDPR and data protection regulations.
