Job Description

IFA Administrator / Junior Paraplanner

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

The Role

You’ll work closely with Financial Advisers, assisting in the delivery of high-quality advice and services. This role offers a structured pathway to grow into a full paraplanner position, with hands-on experience and guidance every step of the way.

What will you be doing?

  • Process new client applications while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems
  • Liaise with providers to gather plan information and assist with regulatory calculations
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for adviser meetings
  • Respond to client queries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with processing investment transactions in line with compliance procedures
