Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in your career? We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, drive business growth, and lead key recruitment projects for a diverse range of clients. What You'll Do:
- Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions that align with their business needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use your expertise to source, screen, and place high-quality candidates across Software Engineering, ERP, and Cloud & DevOps sectors.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand and grow business within your client base and network.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and best practices to help them achieve their goals.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations for fees, terms of business, and salaries, ensuring the best outcome for both clients and candidates.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide insights to clients and candidates alike.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a track record of success in driving revenue and building lasting relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A results-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Leadership potential, with the ability to coach and develop others.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with the Software Engineering, ERP, and Cloud & DevOps sectors is a strong advantage, but not essential.
- Experience working in the UK, EU, or US recruitment markets would be beneficial.
