Marketing Executive Salary – London £35,000-£40,000 / National £30,000-£35,000 Are you someone who thrives on delivering impactful, customer-focused marketing campaigns? Do you have experience in managing multi-channel marketing projects and a passion for working with cross-functional teams? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. A bit about the job: As a Marketing Executive within our General Insurance Go To Market team, you will play a key role in collaborating with the Campaign Manager to define, execute, and evaluate customer-centric marketing campaigns that align with our customer, business and brand goals. You’ll work closely with a wide range of teams – including the Marketing Centre of Excellence, Data, Digital, and external agencies – to develop plans, coordinate campaign delivery, and assess effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to make a tangible impact through large, multi-channel campaigns. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Experience in end-to-end marketing campaign delivery, with a proven track record of personal ownership. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks. Strong stakeholder, project management skills and familiarity with marketing measurement tools and experience in assessing campaign performance . Self-starter with strong task ownership and the ability to balance short- and long-term priorities. A creative mindset with an eye for detail, passion for customer-centric marketing and experience in financial services and risk governance frameworks.
