Your experience

• RICS qualifications would be preferred but not essential alongside an appropriate background which will include management, budgeting and analysis. QS skills would be off a distinct advantage as would experience of AutoCAD 2D and 3D
• A track record and experience of delivering full end to end projects in construction, fit out, refurb and building project management and experience in new build steel portal frame buildings
• A Monday to Friday role on a 40 hour contract and construction project management experience from the retail or manufacturing sectors would be of particular interest

Day to Day

• Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will focus on fully leading construction projects, completing them on time and within budget
• Building relationships with and liaising with third party suppliers and contractors will also be needed to successfully execute the projects.
• Coordinate internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for key projects, ensuring flawless execution
