It’s an opportunity with limitless potential in terms of career advancement as we continue to grow, but will initially involve:

- Projecting the company’s experience and expertise across both website and social channels: Sector specialisms, client testimonials, candidate recommendations, reviews, content sharing, online engagement etc.
- Keeping abreast of trends, insights and general local/global news and events that relate to the verticals we recruit in/for, the recruitment sector itself, and the business and higher education communities of the wider Leeds area.
- Ensuring that all recruiters’ LinkedIn profiles are optimized, consistent with the Verrus brand and dialed for maximum impact in respective verticals.
- Monitoring competitors’ employer branding activity and marketing output in specific verticals.
- Conveying and projecting the company’s culture to assist talent acquisition efforts: Celebrating achievements, company social events, reward trips, sporting and/or charity events etc.
- Assisting the Operations Director in the delivery of the talent acquisition strategy: Identification of suitable candidate profiles, first line approach, arranging interviews, planning for and attending careers fairs, liaising with universities, etc.
- Crystallizing internal culture through optimized communication: Sharing news, celebrating achievements and recognizing promotions to foster shared values and solidify common vision.
- Assisting and working closely with the Operations Director on general company administration and support functions: CRM management, data enrichment, KPI reporting, compliance, basic HR functions, tech allocation (hardware & software), supplier management, and contractual administration.
- Working with both the Operations Director and Training & Development Manager on optimizing the onboarding experience and creating improved consultant/management training collateral (induction manuals, user guides, how-to videos etc.)
This is a pivotal appointment for our business, so we’re looking for either an individual with some business-to-business marketing or recruitment experience, or an ambitious graduate looking to kick start their career in a progressive and growing organisation. Prerequisites include:
